BizFinder is designed for legitimate business discovery and professional outreach. This policy defines what is and is not allowed. It is enforced automatically on every email before sending, and the platform always makes the final decision.
2. Allowed Uses
- Searching for publicly listed businesses for lawful commercial purposes.
- Sending professional, personalized outreach relevant to the recipient's business.
- Using AI assistance to draft legitimate business communication.
- Purchasing subscriptions and credits for your own account.
3. Prohibited Content & Activity
The following are strictly prohibited and are blocked automatically:
- Illegal activity of any kind, including illegal trade or services.
- Fraud, deception, or impersonation of any person or organization.
- Phishing or any attempt to collect passwords, credentials, or personal data.
- Threatening, abusive, harassing, or intimidating content.
- Malware, viruses, or malicious links and attachments (including executable files such as .exe, .apk, .bat, .msi, .scr).
- Spam-like bulk messaging, fabricated urgency, or misleading claims.
- Adult or sexual content or services, and any content that could endanger minors — these are always blocked with no exceptions.
- Attempts to bypass content validation, rate limits, or the suppression (do-not-contact) list.
- Re-contacting a recipient who has opted out.
4. Sending Limits
To protect recipients and the platform's sender reputation, sending is rate-limited per account, per day, and per recipient. These limits are enforced automatically and cannot be overridden from the user interface.
5. Enforcement
Violations may result in a warning, content being blocked, sending restrictions, or account suspension or termination — with or without prior notice depending on severity. We may report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.
6. Reporting Abuse
If you received an abusive or unwanted email sent via BizFinder, or you want to report a violation of this policy, contact us at bizfindersupport@gmail.com with the email you received. Every outgoing message also includes an opt-out link you can use at any time.
